Mr. DeGenaro holds a management degree from the University of Illinois
at Chicago and advanced studies at the Joint Military Intelligence College
in Washington DC, Harvard University, Columbia University, and University
of Minnesota. He is an active member of professional organizations including
Operations Security Professionals Society, Security Affairs Support
Association, Strategic Leadership Forum, National Military Intelligence
Officers Association and the Association of Former Intelligence Officers.
He has been elected to the board of directors of Society of Competitive
Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) and is a Fellow of the Society. Katharine Montrose has 17 years of government experience in homeland security and international relations. As a State Department official, she served overseas in Indonesia doing immigration work. In additional to speaking Indonesian, Katharine speaks French from previous volunteer work at a school in southern France. She has worked with Homeland Security, the Defense Department, and the FBI in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Washington, DC. She has spent many years doing risk management consulting with many corporations and universities regarding international security matters. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she holds a Magna Cum Laude bachelors degree in International Politics from Penn State University.
